Always a great time at Yank Sing. My family and I have been coming to the Spear street location in Rincon Center for years, and I recently went with a couple of friends. We got a reservation last minute and were seated right away, but you can expect a few minute wait on busy weekends. We started off with a pot of jasmine tea which arrived quickly. The carts were coming so frequently, and we enjoyed the shu mai, shrimp rangoons, pork potstickers, bbq pork buns, and xiao long bao. We also had a vegetarian diner and she enjoyed the vegetable rice noodles, snow pea dumplings, mixed vegetable curry dumplings, and mushroom dumplings. Everything was so fresh and delicious, we usually order the same dishes every visit because we can't get enough :) Looking forward to another visit next week!

Decent place for dim sum pushed around in carts. The shrimp dumpling (ha gow) was meaty but on the plain side. The bbq pork rice roll was very enjoyable as was the pork and shrimp dumpling (siu mye). Both with plenty of filling and flavor. The xiao long bao (soup dumpling) was average with a skin thin enough to prevent the soup from spilling out. The menu selection was smaller than other dim sum restaurants in the bay area, but it did have a wider range of alcoholic options. Overall, with free validated parking, it is a great option if you're in the area with a dim sum craving and want sit in service.

*** DO NOT GO TO YANK SING*** If you love bland food with little flavor. If you are closed minded about trying new foods If you are intimidated from bold flavors and attentive service Yank sing was a great experience for dim sum, when my friends from the east coast visited San Francisco. THEY VALIDATE FOR PARKING WITH A PARKING LOT UNDER THE BUILDING. That made things so much easier. All the food was well prepared and you get the very attentive service of a small local dim sum palace but the space was huge. The variety of traditional dim-sum and other traditional Chinese foods for the non adventurous. I'd recommend this place for any level of dim sum connoisseur. It is on the pricier side of Chinese food but definitely worth the culinary adventure.

Tasty food, Fast service, and ambiance is pretty good. A bit pricier compared to other dim sum restaurants but the food I think is worth it.
